Mecklenburg County is soliciting a single-prime, lump-sum construction bid from a North Carolina-licensed mechanical contractor for HVAC replacements at Revolution Park Sports Academy. Bids must be submitted on County-furnished standard forms, and bid, performance, and payment and material bonds are required. Prospective prime contractors must submit a written letter of interest to the County’s authorized design consultant at least 48 hours before bid opening to be placed on the official bidders list and receive potential addenda.
