Description
The City of Charlotte is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for boiler and chiller systems at Charlotte Area Transit System facilities. The equipment includes Trane, Pulse, Aalon, Carrier, and Lochinvar systems. The selected vendor will maintain, repair, and optimize existing equipment and perform upgrades and installations as needed. The equipment can only be serviced by certified technicians with access to proprietary parts. The contract covers ongoing services under an initial three-year term with two additional one-year renewal options. The proposal must include the required narrative, forms, acknowledgements, references, pricing, and any applicable exceptions to the RFP and sample contract.
