Description
The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is seeking a single beverage partner, with potential category-specific awards, to provide comprehensive non-alcoholic beverage pouring rights, fountain and post-mix service, vending, retail and convenience-store supply, concessions, and beverage equipment installation, stocking, servicing, and maintenance across University-controlled campuses, facilities, and Charlotte 49ers Athletics venues. The scope includes beverage products such as carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, ready-to-drink coffee, water, sports drinks, protein drinks, tea, juice, and fountain beverages. The selected vendor must provide equipment and capital investment, cashless and campus-card payment integration, telemetry, reporting, sustainability initiatives, emergency water support, student and community engagement, athletics sponsorship and activation, donated-product support, and a detailed transition and implementation plan. Proposals must include separate technical and financial files, with the financial proposal addressing upfront consideration, sponsorship and marketing funding, commissions and rebates, incentives, equipment investment, in-kind value, and pricing. The contract term is ten years, beginning July 5, 2027, and vendors must complete the required proposal materials and attachments.
