Description
The City of Charlotte's Charlotte Water department is soliciting a vendor to provide specified confined space entry products, including self-retracting lifelines, winches, harnesses, lanyards, tripods, davit systems, cable sleeves, chairs, blowers, and related accessories. The solicitation requires the specified manufacturers and models, or products that remain wholly the same where model numbers are updated by the manufacturer; alternate products will not be considered. The resulting indefinite-quantity, unit-price contract will include delivery, fitting and tailoring, warranty administration, repairs, loaner equipment when requested, account management, in-person training at the City's request, and biannual plus as-needed on-site inspections with reporting. The initial term is three years from the award date, with up to two additional one-year renewal terms. Estimated quantities are not guaranteed, and orders will be placed as needed across Charlotte Water facilities.
