Description
The City of Charlotte, through the Charlotte Area Transit System, is soliciting a contractor to provide unit paving and repair services. The work includes installing clay brick pavers along sidewalks within public rights-of-way; installing precast concrete pavers at light rail stations, bus stops, and CATS facilities; installing precast truncated dome pavers at accessible ramp areas; and providing replacement pavers as directed by CATS management. The solicitation is a re-bid of a previously cancelled procurement. Required submission materials include a proposed solution, required forms, pricing sheets, a company background response, and additional questionnaire responses using the provided response template.
