Description
The City of Charlotte is soliciting proposals for projects funded through the Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities program, commonly known as Section 5310. The program supports transportation projects serving transit-dependent seniors and individuals with disabilities when traditional public transportation is insufficient, unavailable, or inappropriate, including options that expand mobility beyond Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. The submission requires a proposed solution and multiple forms and supporting documents, including references, MWSBE utilization, DBE program information, debarment and anti-lobbying certifications, company background responses, and environmental purchasing questionnaire responses. Required questionnaires use buyer-provided response templates available through the procurement portal.
