Description
The Defense Logistics Agency–Energy is procuring Government-Owned Contractor-Operated fuel storage services for DFSP Tampa. The contractor will receive, protect, store, and ship U.S. Government-owned aviation turbine fuel, Grade Jet-A, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and contract terms. The requirement includes a four-year base performance period beginning November 4, 2026, through November 3, 2030; one five-year option from November 4, 2030, through November 3, 2035; and an option to extend services for no more than six months through May 3, 2036. Amendment 0009 extends the offer deadline to October 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time.
