Description
Cleveland Independent School District is soliciting proposals for bulk fuel to support its school buses, police vehicles, facilities vehicles, and other fleet operations. The requested quantities are approximately 34,000 gallons of 87-octane reformulated unleaded gasoline and 285,000 gallons of No. 2 ultra-low-sulfur diesel. Pricing must be based on a fixed differential above or below the OPIS average rack price for Houston, Texas, with applicable per-gallon fees identified and fuel delivered FOB destination to two district transportation centers. The district may also purchase related fleet-maintenance products, including engine oils, transmission oils, lubricants and greases, diesel exhaust fluid, antifreeze, brake fluid, and windshield fluid. Proposals must address delivery coverage, emergency delivery capability, fuel-quality testing, fuel-management solutions, storage equipment support, represented brands, and applicable catalog discounts. The contract is for one year with four additional one-year renewal options. The solicitation requires completion of the attached proposal package and specified vendor forms, including pricing, experience, references, certifications, compliance information, and related product details.
