Description
The U.S. Embassy Hanoi is soliciting gasoline and diesel fuel supplies for vehicles, generators, and other equipment through a Blanket Purchase Agreement covering December 2026 through November 2031. Fuel types include gasoline E10 RON 95-III, gasoline E10 RON 95-V, and diesel DO 0.01 S-II. Vehicles and mobile generators will be refueled at the contractor’s nearest fuel stations; fuel for immobile generators and other equipment will be transferred at designated locations under specified safety and spill-prevention procedures. The estimated total BPA purchasing value is up to USD 300,000, with no guaranteed quantity or dollar commitment and a maximum individual purchase of USD 15,000. Offerors must have at least five years of fuel-supply experience in Hanoi, provide at least three relevant client references from the past five years, identify fuel stations in specified Hanoi wards with contact information, and provide emergency after-hours contacts. Pricing must include equipment, materials, labor, overhead, profit, VAT, and other anticipated charges; unit prices may be adjusted based on official Vietnamese government fuel-price changes.
