Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is soliciting proposals for bulk delivery of KDR diesel fuel, MUM midgrade unleaded gasoline, and MUR regular unleaded gasoline to 61 military posts, camps, stations, bases, ports, and other facilities throughout Korea. The first closing covers estimated quantities of 15,988,828 U.S. gallons of KDR, 2,307,896 U.S. gallons of MUM, and 181,958 U.S. gallons of MUR. Deliveries generally require tank trucks or tank wagons equipped with pumps, meters, interchangeable nozzles, and specified hose lengths; many locations require escorted, multiple-drop deliveries and metered delivery tickets. Offerors must demonstrate technical capability by submitting applicable certificates of analysis or quality and product specification sheets for each offered line item, along with signed supply commitment letters from petroleum suppliers and transportation companies. The solicitation also requires fuel sourcing information and completion of applicable solicitation provisions and certifications. Prices are submitted by line item through the PC&S Offer Entry Tool and are subject to specified Platts-based economic price adjustments. The contemplated contract is a fixed-price requirements contract with economic price adjustment, with a performance period from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2030; the solicitation remains open for successive amendments and new line items through January 31, 2030.
