Description
The County seeks qualified organizations to provide culturally responsive early-intervention services for children, youth, and families. The scope includes parent and caregiver education and support; affirming resources and early intervention for LGBTQ+ youth and their families; and brief interventions that connect Spanish-speaking and Indigenous-language-speaking families with mental health, substance-use, and community services. Services may include community outreach, early identification, initial mental health assessments, referrals, and linkage to more structured supports, delivered in families’ primary languages and with respect for their cultural traditions and community values. Applicants may focus on one or more of the three service areas. Responses are evaluated on organizational experience, service-delivery approach, community satisfaction and impact, experience expanding access for priority populations, and data collection and reporting capacity. The solicitation requests four client references, applicable business licenses and permits, and responses to the required qualifications questions.
