Description
The Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency is accepting qualifications from biologists seeking approval to conduct covered-species surveys and monitoring under the Habitat Plan. The opportunity covers routine surveys or monitoring without potential for take, as well as intensive work with potential for take that requires wildlife-agency approval. Applicants must submit the applicable application and species experience table, a resume or curriculum vitae, and copies of relevant permits. Previously approved biologists may submit proof of approval with appropriate supporting documentation instead of reformatting their qualifications. The agency will review applications and publish lists of qualified biologists for project proponents to reference. This request is not for private development activities without potential for take; those applicants should submit qualifications to the appropriate local jurisdiction.
