Description
Ocean County is seeking providers to deliver individualized, home- and community-based counseling, family intervention, skill development, and supportive services for at-risk youth and youth involved in or at risk of deeper juvenile-justice-system involvement. Services are intended for youth who can safely remain in the community and may support diversion, court disposition, community functioning, and reintegration following detention or placement. Providers must use strengths-based, family-centered, trauma-responsive, developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, youth-centered, and evidence-informed approaches. The scope includes individualized assessment and service planning; individual and family counseling; family functioning and caregiver support; emotional regulation, decision-making, conflict resolution, communication, and life-skills development; school, workforce, transportation, and community connections; warm handoffs and coordination with courts, probation, schools, behavioral-health providers, and other community partners; and transition or step-down planning. Proposals must include organizational and program narratives, a fee-for-service budget/cost proposal, required certifications and ownership disclosures, organizational documents, and evidence of insurance. The available 2027 funding allocation is $137,000, with services billed monthly at proposed fee-for-service rates.
