Description
The City seeks vendors to supply a broad range of water-system materials and equipment on an as-needed basis. The bid pricing form lists hundreds of items, including pipe, valves, hydrants, fittings, couplings, saddles, adapters, tracer wire, and related components. Bidders must price every listed item; partial bids are not accepted. The City intends to select primary and secondary vendors, with purchase orders initially directed to the primary vendor and the secondary vendor used at the City's discretion if the primary cannot meet requirements.
