Description
The Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, is soliciting a contractor for daily pickup, secure transportation, processing, and delivery of outgoing Court mail to the United States Postal Service. Anticipated volume is approximately 30,000 to 50,000 mail pieces per business day, with services including USPS-compliant barcoding, postage application, mail preparation, quality control, documentation of USPS acceptance or delivery, and information about address corrections or undeliverable mail. The contractor must provide an appropriate vehicle and driver, secure and confidential handling, continuity and contingency procedures, sufficient processing capacity for approximately 30,000 to 75,000 pieces per day, and same-business-day USPS delivery when required by the service schedule. Proposals must include technical and cost proposals, service and processing approaches, USPS experience, staffing information, references, certifications, financial information, and required Court forms and attachments.
