Santa Clara Valley Water District plans to issue an RFP for professional services concerning fishery habitat in the Stevens Creek watershed. The work will characterize existing habitat conditions using field data collection and topographic surveys, which will support ecohydraulic habitat modeling and bioenergetics modeling for salmonids. The scope also includes identifying restoration opportunities. This is an advance notification rather than an active solicitation. The RFP is tentatively expected to be published on or after October 21, 2026; no solicitation documents, submission requirements, pricing information, contract term, or response deadline are currently provided.
