Description
The Court seeks a vendor to provide confidential destruction services for documents, files, tapes, diskettes, hard drives, microfilms, court reporter notes, and law books. The scope includes providing and servicing locking containers at eight facilities, scheduled and on-call shredding, and on-site or off-site destruction at fixed rates. The vendor must also quote fixed rates for requested destruction of microfilm, diskettes, and hard drives, and accommodate changes to container quantities, service locations, and frequencies. The proposal must include separate technical and cost proposals. The technical proposal must describe the work plan, relevant experience, key staff, and references, and include specified certifications and business credentials. The cost proposal must provide a detailed line-item budget, budget justification, and a not-to-exceed total. A three-percent DVBE incentive is available to qualifying proposers.
