Santé Québec des Îles is seeking a construction contractor to replace the flat roofs at the Centre hospitalier de l’Archipel and the CLSC de Cap-aux-Meules. The work includes removing the existing ballast and installing rigid insulation and a welded membrane roofing system. The hospital roof is approximately 3,191 square metres, with heights ranging from two to five storeys. The CLSC roof is approximately 845 square metres and is two storeys high. The estimated contract period is one month.
