Description
The City of Columbus, Indiana, is seeking proposals for the roof project at Fire Station #3. The scope generally includes all labor, materials, safety measures, disposal, and miscellaneous materials required to install a 30-year warranty roofing system across the entire station. Proposals must follow the contract, specifications, and submittal requirements in the RFP documents. Offerors may propose alternative contract terms or specifications, but must explain the effect of each alternative on price. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds, a certificate of insurance, and be prepared to begin construction promptly. The City may conduct discussions or negotiations with responding offerors.
