The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a contractor to remove the existing office and shelter roofs and supply and install a new membrane roof on the office and a new shingle roof on the shelter. The detailed description is provided in the Scope of Work attachment. An amendment adds Section L, Instructions to Offerors, and changes the performance and payment bond requirement from yes to no; it also adds FAR 52.228-5 and removes FAR Clauses 52.228-3, 52.228-11, 52.228-12, and 52.228-14.
