Description
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is soliciting Stage II bids from contractors that were prequalified under the applicable Stage I contractor prequalification and remain on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list. The project requires full roof membrane replacement with added insulation at Utah Tech University's Taylor Health facility. The construction cost estimate is $600,000. Bidders must complete the online BidTable and provide a bid bond. The submission also requires contractor and business license information, business organization and legal-address details, project and signature-authority contacts, and acknowledgment of applicable DFCM terms and requirements. The subcontractors list must be emailed to DFCM by the solicitation deadline. The bid must remain valid for 45 days after bid opening.
