Description
The Town of Athens is soliciting bids to replace approximately 55 squares of metal roofing on the east side of the Town Garage. The work includes removing the existing metal roofing and screws; installing 26-gauge or thicker metal roofing; installing new drip edge, gable trim, ridge cap, and related roofing flashing; and removing all demolition debris from the job site. Bidders must provide proof of insurance.
