Mecklenburg County is soliciting sealed, single-prime, lump-sum bids from North Carolina-licensed mechanical contractors for HVAC replacements at Revolution Park Sports Academy. Proposals must use the County's standard forms, and bid, performance, and payment and material bonds are required. Prime contractors must submit a written Letter of Interest to the County's authorized design consultant at least 48 hours before bid opening to be placed on the official bidders list. Bid documents are available digitally at no cost from the authorized design consultant. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and bids will be opened publicly at the stated deadline.
