Description
Tulare County is soliciting a quote for one new, unused 2025 or newer Ford Escape mid-size SUV. The vehicle must have a gas engine, fog lamps, four-wheel ABS, cruise control, power windows and door locks, a standard audio system with AM/FM and Bluetooth capability, and three keys or key fobs. Equal items may be considered if clearly described, unless the County determines the specified item is necessary. The successful vendor must deliver the vehicle to the County's Fleet Services facility, perform required dealer servicing and a wheel-alignment check and adjustment, provide a compliance certification, deliver the vehicle with at least one-quarter tank of fuel, furnish a line-set ticket, register the vehicle with the California Department of Motor Vehicles, provide a temporary license plate, and pay applicable California sales tax on the County's behalf. The quote must include the completed Signature Page, Specifications, Pricing, and Exhibit A Debarment Certification.
