The Owner will receive sealed Bids electronically until 2:00pm (MDST) on October 15, 2026, via email to ptsosie@hooghan. org. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately after the specified closing time. The NHA will not be accepting in- person or faxed submissions from Vendors on any solicita- tion responses.
