Description
The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet Services is soliciting bids from dealerships to provide four 2027 model-year Command Operations Vehicle configurations, based on Jeep Grand Wagoneer specifications or equivalent vehicles: 4x2 standard wheelbase, 4x2 extended wheelbase, 4x4 standard wheelbase, and 4x4 extended wheelbase. Bidders must provide single-vehicle pricing, delivery pricing to Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet in Des Moines, and a per-mile delivery charge for delivery anywhere in Iowa. Iowa dealerships must have a physical location within the state. The vehicles must meet detailed command, emergency-response, and law-enforcement requirements, including tactical interiors, secure weapon storage, professional warning and utility lighting, beacon and grille lights, an integrated emergency vehicle alert system, navigation, leather seating, heavy-duty vinyl flooring, power liftgate, backup camera, air suspension, and specified engine, transmission, tire, wheel, and safety requirements. The contract will begin upon award and expire September 30, 2028, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement. Bidders must complete and submit the vehicle specification worksheets in Excel format, the RFB Criteria document, the Terminations, Litigation and Debarment document, and the applicable Form 22 confidential-treatment submission.
