Description
The State of Wyoming is soliciting bids for up to six new ATVs for the State Engineer’s Office. Each unit must have a 420 cc four-stroke engine, part-time or full-time four-wheel drive, independent rear suspension, dual-clutch transmission, electric power steering, heavy-duty skid plate, front and rear racks, trailer hitch, and a Warn 2,500-pound-or-equivalent winch with synthetic cable mounted within or underneath the frame. Bid prices must include delivery charges, title and titling fees, and a delivery schedule. The solicitation also requests trade-in allowances for six identified 2014 Polaris ATVs. Bidders must provide technical information and completed descriptive literature sufficient to demonstrate compliance, complete and sign the bid form, and upload the bid electronically. New units must be assembled, serviced, and ready to operate at delivery, with an owner/operator manual and warranty provided. A Wyoming certificate of title, itemized invoices or factory line-setting tickets, and a window sticker are required with payment documentation.
