The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet Services is soliciting bids from dealerships for 2027 model-year Dodge Ram Tradesman 2500 Crew Cab 6'4" box 4x4 emergency response pickup vehicles, or equivalent vehicles. The base configuration includes an automatic transmission, specified engine and drivetrain requirements, heavy-duty seating and flooring, trailer-tow equipment, safety systems, specialized electrical capacity, and other listed emergency-response features. Bidders must complete the vehicle specification worksheets with base pricing, delivery pricing, and optional or deductive pricing for listed equipment and configurations. The solicitation permits eligible dealers to bid 2026 model-year vehicles during the model-year changeover if they also provide 2027 pricing and the 2027 model will be available to order by December 1, 2026. Required electronic submissions include the completed vehicle specification worksheets in Excel format and the completed RFB Criteria document.
