Description
Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of one 2027 Chevrolet Equinox LT or equal compact SUV. The vehicle must include all standard features plus a gas engine, front-wheel drive, Sterling Silver Metallic or equal exterior paint, black cloth seat trim or equal, a floor liner package, and a safety and technology package. Bidders must provide technical specifications, installed and optional equipment details, pricing, delivery information, warranty information, available colors, and any deviations. The bid package requires a completed bid form and certifications, a Certification of Non-Collusion, applicable statutory certifications, clearly marked descriptive literature or catalog materials, and proof of the ability to provide the vehicle. The vehicle is to be supplied on an individual purchase-order basis, with delivery and all related costs included in the bid price. The bid must be submitted as an original, wet-ink-signed package by mail or delivery; email submissions are not accepted.
