Description
Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet Services is soliciting bids from car dealerships for four 2027-model vehicle configurations, or equivalent vehicles: front-wheel-drive Ram ProMaster City Tradesman and SLT cargo vans, and Tradesman and SLT five-passenger wagons. Each vehicle must meet or exceed the specifications in the attached vehicle specification worksheet and include shipping to the Iowa DAS Fleet facility. The solicitation requires the respondent to be a car dealership with a physical location in Iowa. Bidders must complete the vehicle specification worksheet and respond to the electronic bid questions, including bidder information, experience, certifications, terms and conditions, payment terms, insurance requirements, and pricing. The bid must be submitted through the electronic procurement event, with the completed worksheet uploaded in the Vendor Attachments section. The contract begins upon award, expires September 30, 2028, and may be renewed by mutual agreement for up to three years. The resulting contract will be available to Iowa state agencies and other eligible political subdivisions.
