Description
Colquitt County is soliciting sealed bids for two new, unused 2026-or-newer full-size half-ton pickup trucks for the Sheriff's Department. Each truck must be a crew-cab, short-bed, two-wheel-drive model with a naturally aspirated V-8 engine producing at least 355 horsepower, a six-speed-or-greater automatic transmission with overdrive, limited-slip differential, towing package, receiver hitch, 7-way trailer connector, transmission oil cooler, backup camera with a 12-inch display, and specified interior, convenience, safety, and exterior features. The trucks must be properly serviced and ready for use upon delivery. Pricing must include the specified equipment, warranty, delivery to Colquitt County, and an alternative price if the county picks up the vehicles. Bidders must identify the equipment offered, state the warranty, and provide earliest and latest delivery dates. A three-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty is specified.
