Description
San Jacinto Community College District is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide turnkey direct mail magazine services for its Career Focus publication. The selected contractor will provide design, printing, distribution, and an online edition for each issue, including hosting, website analytics, and data capture, as well as a two-week multichannel social media campaign promoting each issue. The magazine is a 12-page, full-color, self-cover, self-mailer publication printed 4/4 on 80- or 100-pound gloss paper using offset printing rather than a web press, with a flat size of 16.75 by 10.875 inches and a finished size of 8.375 by 10.875 inches. The contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options. Proposals must be submitted through the IonWave e-Bidding system by September 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. The addendum requires acknowledgment through the Attributes tab, and the solicitation includes a non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference, insurance requirements, references, and required electronic sample products.
