Description
Alief Independent School District is seeking a qualified, independent consultant to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its Human Resources and Risk Management functions. The work includes reviewing organizational structure, staffing levels, processes and systems, service delivery models, workforce readiness, employee services, data utilization, regulatory compliance, and alignment with district goals. The consultant must also perform a districtwide classification and compensation analysis and provide a detailed, actionable strategic roadmap. Recommendations should be objective and data-driven, with the goals of improving organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, supporting workforce planning, optimizing compensation and risk management practices, strengthening employee services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building sustainable departmental capacity.
