Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Energy intends to solicit and negotiate with Bestpass, Inc. on a sole-source basis for nationwide toll monitoring and payment services supporting approximately 41 GSA-leased vehicles. The requirement is for a proprietary, all-in-one transponder and consolidated payment platform integrating with major U.S. tolling systems for a geographically dispersed fleet. The anticipated period of performance is one base year plus four one-year option periods. The notice identifies Bestpass as the only responsible source based on its nationwide coverage and integrated toll-monitoring, transponder, and payment capabilities. This is an intent-to-award special notice rather than an open competitive solicitation.
