Description
The City of Pittsburgh is seeking a vendor to design, typeset, proof, print, and deliver approximately 110,000 individual double-sided recycling postcards. The postcards must be 6 by 9 inches, printed in four-color process on both sides using 100-pound uncoated recycled cover stock containing 30% post-consumer material. The City will furnish electronic artwork and unformatted articles; the vendor must provide layout, design, multiple iterations, feedback and revisions, and a color proof before printing. The quoted price must include delivery and all shipping, handling, and delivery costs. The vendor must work with the City to finalize the product by October 9, 2026, and deliver the finished postcards by October 16, 2026, to C&C Mailing Service. The response requires completion of the Vendor Registration Form and W-9 Form, along with the required electronic bid submission.
