Description
YES Prep Public Schools is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from licensed and qualified contractors to provide cameras, access control systems, DMP intrusion systems, and installation of bell/PA devices at Fifth Ward Elementary and Northside Secondary in Houston, Texas. The scope includes equipment, materials, labor, project management, customization, implementation, permits, one-year parts-and-labor warranty, and related unforeseen expenses. Bell/PA devices will be provided by the owner, and the contractor must be a Genetec Unified Elite partner capable of programming and licensing the systems. The work includes security and access-control equipment, Genetec and HID components, intercom and video-management equipment, intrusion-system equipment, wired and wireless vehicle gates, and associated installation. Proposers must provide a project management and implementation plan, itemized pricing by campus, proof of licensing or credentials, a one-year warranty, safety and financial documentation, insurance evidence, and required proposal certifications and qualification forms. Evaluation uses a best-value process considering cost, reputation and experience, technical execution, project understanding, and operational delivery.
