Description
Lone Star College is requesting proposals for Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support and the Unified Proactive Services Add-on for Enterprise Modern Work for a three-year term. The selected vendor will provide enterprise advisory support, Azure and general problem-resolution support, on-demand assessments and education, reactive support management, service delivery management, webcasts, reactive enabled contacts, access to the Enterprise Online Support Portal, and up to 100 units of assessment setup and configuration services during each annual period. The scope also includes one onsite visit during each annual period, service activation and entitlement documentation, support escalation procedures, annual service planning, and uninterrupted access to contracted support services. The solicitation requests pricing for annual support and maintenance, implementation, training, hosting, and other related costs for each of three contract years. Vendors must address all applicable services and SKU requirements in the separate requirements attachment and identify any exceptions or deviations. The agreement's annual service periods run from May 28, 2027, through May 27, 2030, with annual payments and official renewal, license-entitlement, escalation, and service-level agreement deliverables.
