Description
Harris County is soliciting additional supplemental professional architectural and engineering services for construction materials engineering and testing on various projects managed by the Office of the County Engineer. The scope includes professional architectural and engineering services, construction materials testing, references, subcontractor information, and completion of required qualifications and certification materials. The submission package must include the Qualifications Acknowledgement, Tax Residence Certification, Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, Proof of Insurance, Standard Form 330, Subcontractor Listing Form, Harris County Minimum Wage Policy and Certification, References questionnaire, and proposal sections consisting of a Transmittal Letter, Questionnaire, and Exceptions and Miscellaneous. Required forms and templates are available through the supplier network portal, which requires registration.
