Description
Houston Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified individual contractors to provide freelance content contributor services for Reading and Language Arts. The opportunity is limited to individual contractors; services must be self-performed, subcontracting is prohibited, and the required W-9 must be submitted in the individual's name rather than a company or business name. District employees are not eligible to respond. The solicitation establishes an Approved Vendor process for this project. The tentative term is June 15, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with one automatic renewal option extending the project no later than June 30, 2028.
