Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is soliciting bids for 70,723 individually addressed mailer packets. Each packet must include a four-color tri-fold letter, full-color mailing card, precision die-cut magnet, and printed mailing envelope. The contractor must provide materials, create the magnet die, typeset and imprint variable addresses, assemble and seal each packet, include postage, and mail the packets through the U.S. Postal Service using the most economical method. The scope also includes PDF proofs, three pre-production samples, National Change of Address and related address-validation processing, reporting of undeliverable or updated addresses, mailing receipts, and compliance reporting. The contractor must maintain an approved Security Control Plan for handling personally identifiable information and may subcontract only the die-cut magnet portion. The bid must include total production and mailing costs, an additional-rate price, applicable certifications, and the completed bid page.
