Description
The U.S. Army is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for surveying and mapping support equipment to be delivered to Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The procurement is for a Firm-Fixed-Price supply contract, restricted to Small Business Set-Aside. The required equipment includes Trimble surveying and mapping equipment, such as Trimble R890 Model 50 receivers, dual battery chargers, GPS accessories, tripods, poles, tribrach adapters, and data collectors. The solicitation also specifies software maintenance plans and licenses for Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center. The delivery date for the equipment is August 15, 2026, with acceptance no later than 30 days after August 31, 2026. Offerors must provide complete pricing for all line items, a technical capability narrative, and ensure their business is registered in SAM.gov. Past performance will be reviewed during the responsibility determination. Quotes must be submitted electronically to SAM.gov by 12:00 PM Alaska Standard Time on June 24, 2026.
