Description
The City of El Monte, through its Community & Economic Development Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified local hotels, motels, lodges, and other entities to provide temporary and/or emergency overnight shelter services for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness within the City. These services will be funded by the Los Angeles County Department of Homeless Services and Housing via Local Solution Funds from Measure A. The scope of work includes providing these essential services on an as-needed basis. The City is interested in assessing the full capabilities and pricing of potential Shelter Service Providers to inform contract development and selection. Proposals may be combined or sub-divided at the City's discretion. This solicitation is for proposals only and does not constitute an offer to contract.
