Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 37 barrels of smoke oil to be used for the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson's Arctic Thunder Open House Air Show. The period of performance for delivery is from August 6 to August 10, 2026, with all items to be delivered no later than August 6, 2026. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Award will be made on a best-value basis to a technically acceptable and fair-priced quote.
