Description
This opportunity is for interior improvements at the Burns Building, located in the City and Borough of Juneau. The scope of work includes HVAC upgrades, electrical system upgrades, limited interior construction, and limited finish replacement. The majority of this work will occur on the 1st and 2nd floors, with some limited work in the Penthouse. Close coordination with the 3rd-floor occupants is required to ensure their operations are not disrupted.
