Description
The National Park Service is soliciting bids for the replacement and modernization of aging oil-fired hydronic boiler systems and associated components in up to six residential housing units located at Katmai National Park & Preserve in King Salmon, Alaska. The project includes the removal of existing boiler equipment and installation of new oil-fired hydronic boilers, indirect domestic hot water systems, pumps, manifolds, valves, and other necessary accessories. The scope of work covers six distinct bid items, including a base bid for Unit 138 and five optional bids for duplex units and individual residences. All work must comply with current building codes, OSHA regulations, and all relevant federal, state, and local laws. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal of removed items. The period of performance is estimated from July 7, 2026, through August 31, 2027. This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
