Description
This solicitation is for snow removal services for DLA Disposition Services in Anchorage, Alaska. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) time and materials contract. The period of performance includes one 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods, not to exceed three years. Services include snow and ice removal from designated lots and sidewalks when snow accumulation exceeds 3 inches, transport of snow and ice to a designated dump lot within 48 hours, and ensuring areas are safe for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and personnel, including appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Base access and security protocols must be followed. The contract minimum is $1,500.00, with a maximum of 150% of the estimated contract value.
