Description
This solicitation is for a five-star hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia, to provide function rooms, services, and accommodations for the Southeast Asia Forum on Export Control (SEAFEC) event in September 2026. The event will convene representatives from various governments, U.S. government officials, industry representatives, and international organizations. The hotel must be managed by an internationally recognized brand, located in Central Jakarta, and comply with U.S. Embassy security and protocol requirements. Specific requirements include a pillar-free ballroom accommodating up to 500 guests, multiple breakout rooms, a VVIP holding room, and dedicated U.S. Government control rooms.
