Description
The New York State Unified Court System (UCS), Office of Court Administration (OCA), is soliciting bids for hotel lodging for approximately 90 participants attending a Domestic Violence/Integrated Domestic Violence Conference. The conference and required lodging will take place in Brooklyn, New York, specifically within Lower Manhattan or the downtown Brooklyn area. Lodging is required for the nights of November 18-19, 2026. The hotel must provide complimentary, on-premises wireless internet access for guests throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms. Bidders are expected to offer net, f.o.b. destination pricing that is inclusive of all services, with no additional fees, taxes, or charges payable by UCS. Incidental expenses are to be paid by individual guests.
