Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for non-hazardous waste collection and landfill services to the City of Ketchikan for USCG Base Ketchikan. The City of Ketchikan is the only known and qualified vendor due to municipal regulations that exclusively grant them the authority to provide such services within city limits. Award is being made under FAR 12.102(a) as a sole-source acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562111.
