Description
The Commonwealth of Virginia (CASC) is soliciting bids from hotels located in Williamsburg, Virginia, to provide comprehensive services for a 6-day training program. The program is estimated to accommodate approximately 55 individuals. Required services include on-site lodging, direct meal services, and dedicated conference rooms. Bidders must be hotels; event planners or third-party vendors are not eligible. Bidders are instructed to carefully review the provided Scope of Services document for detailed requirements. All bids must be submitted through the eVA online portal. When submitting the bid, bidders must complete the eVA item list with the US dollar amount for each item and provide the hotel name, address, and contact information for the on-site contact person in the description/note area. Bidders are also encouraged to upload a separate document containing additional bid details into eVA.
